New Delhi, March 14 -- Nearly a month after a controversy erupted over the alleged change in control of the official Delhi Chief Minister's Office (CMO) X handle, the office of CM Rekha Gupta announced on Thursday that it has regained access to the account.
"We want to inform the people of Delhi that the previous government had not handed over the @CMODelhi handle properly. Under X's rules, this handle has now come under the Chief Minister's Office. Important information from the CMO will now be shared here," the office posted on X.
The controversy began days after the Bharatiya Janata Party's victory in the Delhi assembly elections on February 8.
