New Delhi, May 15 -- New DelhiDelhi chief minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday directed for installation of complaint boxes at all sub-registrar, sub-divisional magistrate (SDM), and district magistrate (DM) offices, and said the chief minister's office (CMO) will directly monitor submissions. At a review meeting on the public grievances monitoring system (PGMS) portal at Delhi Secretariat, CM Gupta said, "Corruption in any department will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Our goal is to build such a robust and efficient grievance redressal mechanism that every voice from the public prompts immediate action." Citizens can also submit grievances via WhatsApp, mobile apps, and toll-free numbers, officials said.HTC
