New Delhi, June 14 -- CM Rekha Gupta will formally inaugurate 33 Arogya Mandirs and 17 Janaushdhi kendra on June 17, announced the state government.
As earlier reported by HT, these 33 Arogya Mandirs are to be inaugurated in all 11 districts. According to the officials from the health department, some of these aarogya mandir will be inaugurated virtually by the CM rest will be inaugurated by the CM in person.
HT had earlier reported on 25 April that the Delhi government has given a list of 70 selected locations to PWD to start the work to set up the first 70 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAY) across the capital by 31 May 2025.
A Janaushadhi Kendra is a dedicated retail outlet where generic medicines are sold at affordable prices.
