CM seeks Wipro's help to ease B'luru traffic woes
Bengaluru, Sept. 24 -- Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has turned to one of the state's most prominent technology companies for help in tackling severe traffic congestion on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road, writing to Wipro founder Azim Premji to request cooperation in easing congestion.
The appeal, made in a letter, comes as the Congress government faces mounting criticism from business leaders and opposition parties over crumbling road infrastructure. The city's deteriorating mobility has become a flashpoint.
