India, Jan. 23 -- Citroen India has introduced new variants of the Aircross and C3 as part of a revised customer-centric strategy that focuses on demand-sensing and bookings-led production. The move is aimed at aligning product offerings more closely with real customer demand while reducing dealer-led inventory buildup. Under this model, select variants will be manufactured only against confirmed customer bookings.

The first outcomes of this strategy are the new Aircross X Max Turbo 5-seater and the C3 Live (O) variant, both of which are now open for bookings across India. These new variants do not get any mechanical upgrades over the models that are currently on sale in India.
