Patna, July 7 -- Union minister Chirag Paswan on Sunday voiced concern over the law and order situation in the NDA-ruled Bihar after a businessman was murdered in Patna and separately announced that he will contest the upcoming Bihar assembly polls. "It is a matter of worry the way crime has risen and law and order has collapsed in Bihar.
