India, Sept. 11 -- Charlie Kirk, a longtime Trump ally and founder of Turning Point USA, was fatally shot when attending an event at Utah Valley University, in Orem, Utah. Videos circulating online initially showed the tragic moment when the bullet hit Kirk's neck, and later clips also showed his interaction right before he got shot.

Kirk had been speaking about mass shootings, and when a person asked "Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America in the last 10 years?," the conservative activist replied, "Counting or not counting gang violence?". Right after that, the shot rang out, throwing the event into chaos.
