India, Jan. 16 -- Congress is ahead in 30 wards and the Bharatiya Janata Party in 23 wards as of 3:31 pm in Chandrapur, as counting of votes for the Maharashtra civic elections, including the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), is in progress.
