India, Dec. 9 -- The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has proposed an increase in the registration fees for entrance examinations conducted for admissions to various higher-education courses in Maharashtra. The proposal has been sent to the higher and technical education department for approval, and a decision is expected soon. According to the proposal, the registration fee may rise by Rs.150 to Rs.250 compared to the existing fees ranging from Rs.500 to Rs.1,000
