Srinagar, Sept. 26 -- National Conference (NC) president Farooq Abdullah on Thursday came down heavily on the BJP-led Union government over the mob violence in Ladakh even as he called for the Centre to hold talks with the people of the Union Territory and address their concerns. "We, the nation itself, the leaders in Delhi are responsible for what has happened in Ladakh. They kept on talking without putting anything in front.
