Centre notifies 19 HC judges' appointment
New Delhi, July 29 -- The Centre on Monday notified the appointment of 19 judges and additional judges in three high courts in a big boost to filling up judicial vacancies in high courts, even as a fresh batch of 18 recommendations for high court judges were forwarded by the Supreme Court Collegium later in the day .
Union law minister in a tweet published on Monday confirmed that the President has appointed 12 additional judges for high courts of Telangana (4), Madhya Pradesh (4) and Gauhati (4) and seven permanent judges for Madhya Pradesh high court.
