MUMBAI, Nov. 26 -- Actor and model Celina Jaitly has filed a domestic violence case before a Mumbai court against her estranged husband, Austrian hotelier Peter Haag, alleging that she has suffered severe emotional, physical, sexual and verbal abuse. Judicial magistrate S C Tayde, while hearing the matter on Tuesday, issued a notice to Haag and posted the matter for hearing on December 12. Jaitly, in her application filed on November 21, has sought Rs.100 crore in compensation and Rs.10 lakh in monthly maintenance alleging "continuous acts of domestic violence" throughout their 15-year marriage.
