India, March 10 -- Is there going to be a ceasefire between chief minister Devendra Fadnavis and deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde, who are locked in a cold war? This is the chatter now after Fadnavis reversed his decision to appoint an IAS officer to head the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC). According to transport department officials, a proposal was moved to hand over the responsibility of the MSRTC to transport minister Pratap Sarnaik of Shiv Sena.
