Jaipur, Nov. 3 -- Two committees were formed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Rajasthan education department on Sunday to probe into the death of a nine-year-old student who allegedly fell from the fourth floor of a private school in Jaipur a day ago, officials familiar with the matter said.
Shyam Kapoor, regional head of the CBSE in Ajmer, said, "Since the school is recognised by the CBSE board, a two-member committee comprising a principal of any other CBSE school in Jaipur and a senior official from our regional head quarter in Ajmer was formed. This committee will visit the school on Monday and will check the lapses and negligence that caused the incident."
