New Delhi, Dec. 26 -- Following the Supreme Court's strict stance on increased air pollution due to traffic congestion at Delhi's toll plazas, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) officials said on Thursday that the corporation is working on implementing an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) based system to reduce congestion on the border points and the final decision regarding suspension of toll collection on nine major border points will be taken in CAQM (Central Air Quality Management Commission) meeting next week.
