India, Nov. 14 -- Candace Owens has dropped a fresh bombshell accusation related to Charlie Kirk's death. The former Turning Point USA member's remarks came during her show, and Owens spoke about the security at the Utah Valley University event where Kirk was shot. The TPUSA founder was fatally shot when attending an event at UVU on September 10.

Owens has now alleged that the university had suggested to TPUSA that the event be held indoors, but TPUSA allegedly wanted it to take place outside.
