Toronto, Oct. 12 -- Canada and India will look at "establishing a framework for strategic cooperation" in areas of trade, energy and security during Canadian foreign affairs minister Anita Anand's visit to New Delhi starting Sunday. Anand is scheduled to arrive in New Delhi on Sunday in her maiden trip to India as a minister and will also visit Mumbai.
