India, Oct. 24 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched 'Mission Bihar' from Karpoorigram in Samastipur, the native village of Bharat Ratna and socialist leader 'Jannayak' Karpoori Thakur, with sharp criticism of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD)-Congress-led INDIA bloc, accusing it of "wasting Bihar's money and time".
