India, Jan. 23 -- The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has dismissed multiple complaints against a stalled project near Mumbai, holding that investors relying on investment documents cannot seek relief under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, in the absence of a duly executed and registered agreement for sale.
