Kolkata, Oct. 28 -- Calcutta high court judge Subhendu Samanta reportedly slammed his transfer in an open court on Monday, saying that his approach may not have pleased everyone.
In a video that has been widely shared online, justice Samanta purportedly said: "As regards my transfer I must candidly admit that I am largely unaware of the reasons behind it... I have always discharged my duties without fear and favour and always followed the directives of the superior. Perhaps such an approach may not have pleased everyone."
