India, Jan. 14 -- The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday disposed Trinamool Congress's petition regarding the preservation of the confidential political data that were allegedly seized the Enforcement Directorate (ED) last month.

The high court disposed the TMC's plea after the central agency submitted that it seized nothing from I-PAC head Prateek Jain's home and office on January 8. The agency had also sought adjourning the hearing of its plean before the high court as similar plea of the agency was pending with the Supreme Court.
