Kolkata, June 18 -- The Calcutta high court on Tuesday ordered a stay till July 31 on the state government's June 10 notification, adding 140 communities to the Other Backward Class (OBC) list. lawyers who attended the hearing said. Lawyer Bikram Bandopadhyay, who represented the petitioners, said the court ordered the interim stay not only on the notification but also on issuance of OBC certificates based on the new list.P10
