BSF guns down pak intruder along border
Amritsar, May 9 -- The Border Security Force (BSF) on Thursday shot dead a Pakistani national who tried to cross into the Indian territory along the International Border (IB) in Ferozepur sector of Punjab, officials aware of the matter said.
The intruder was seen crossing over the border and moving toward the border security fence under the cover of darkness. Despite being asked to stop, the man continued to advance, prompting the BSF personnel to open fire, officials said, adding that the body has been handed over to Punjab police.
