India, Dec. 14 -- A shooting occurred Saturday near Brown University's Barus & Holley building, a seven-story facility housing the School of Engineering, physics department, over 100 laboratories, dozens of classrooms, and offices. Police reported multiple people were shot in the area, though details on the victims' conditions or circumstances remain unreleased.
The incident took place during the second day of final exams at the private Ivy League school, which has about 7,300 undergraduates and more than 3,000 graduate students.
