New Delhi, May 29 -- Two brothers, aged 13 and 15, drowned in the Kondli Canal in New Ashok Nagar in east Delhi where they had gone to take a bath on Wednesday morning, police said. Their bodies were recovered by divers following a four-hour-long search operation carried out by the teams from the Boat Club, the police said, and added that neither of the victims knew how to swim. The family of the two boys have not suspected any foul play, the police said. It was the third drowning incident in Delhi's canal in less than a week. On Thursday, four people, including three minors aged 13, 14 and 17, drowned in the Munak Canal in Bawana, while a a 30-year-old man drowned in the same canal on Monday.
