Greater Noida, Jan. 8 -- The Allahabad High Court has granted the first bail in the alleged 2025 murder of 28-year-old Nikki Bhati to her brother-in-law without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. In the order, released on Wednesday, the court directed that the applicant be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the trial court. The case had heard the case on Monday, reserving its order at the time. In August last year, Nikki was rushed to a private hospital in Greater Noida with severe burn injuries, from where doctors referred her to a hospital in Delhi, where she was declared brought dead.
