India, Dec. 1 -- A head constable with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) allegedly shot dead a 17-year-old boy in east Delhi's Shahdara on Saturday for gatecrashing a wedding and stealing food during the procession. The accused, Madan Gopal Tiwari, is posted in Kanpur and was attending a wedding in Delhi. He has been arrested on charges of murder. "...The boy came to eat food.
