India, Dec. 14 -- At least 11 people were killed, including a 12-year-old, and 29 others were injured when two terrorists opened fire during a Hanukkah event at Bondi Beach in Sydney on Sunday. More than 2,000 were in attendance at the celebration marking the first day of the Jewish festival of lights. One of the survivors told reporters that the authorities "froze" during the 20-minute rampage, per New York Post.
