India, Sept. 19 -- The Bombay High Court on Friday morning received a hoax bomb threat email - the second time this month.

The court informed the local Azad Maidan Police Station after receiving the threat email. After a thorough check by the Mumbai Police's Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS), accompanied by a dog squad as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the email threat was declared a hoax as nothing was found.

The court's working today was not impacted. "We were informed about a threat email by the Bombay High Court received early in the morning. A check was done and nothing suspicious was found. The email was declared a hoax. Court started functioning normally at its time," the officer said.
