India, July 6 -- Bobby Jenks, former Chicago White Sox All-Star pitcher and 2005 World Series champion, passed away on Friday in Sintra, Portugal, at the age of 44. He had been battling adenocarcinoma, a form of stomach cancer. The Chicago White Sox announced the news of his passing in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday.
