India, Nov. 27 -- BMW F 450 GS has officially entered production at TVS Motor Company's Hosur plant, marking a major step forward for the decade-old partnership between TVS and BMW Motorrad. The new adventure motorcycle, first showcased at EICMA 2025, is now rolling off the production line in India.

The BMW F 450 GS is the most recent model to join the list of jointly developed BMW motorcycles produced at Hosur. Until now, the collaboration was best known for the G 310 R, G 310 GS and G 310 RR, models that went on to build strong demand in over 100 markets. With the F 450 GS now entering production, both companies are signalling a move into a more premium, higher-capacity space.
