New Delhi, Jan. 24 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday strongly criticised Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of "staging a drama of struggle" over the VB-G RAM G Act. The ruling party's attack on Gandhi came a day after the LoP called for daily wage labourers, who previously signed up for MGNREGS, to unite and demand the rollback of the new legislation just as farmers did against the now-repealed three farm laws. In a post on X, Union agriculture minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan slammed Gandhi for protesting against the legislation after being absent during parliamentary deliberations.
