RANCHI, Jan. 14 -- Raising questions over the outcome of the official foreign trip of a state delegation led by chief minister Hemant Soren, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday urged the state government to issue a White Paper on the investments that came to Jharkhand from the Sweden and Spain visits of the CM last year.
