Dehradun, Jan. 6 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam has filed a case against former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore, actress Urmila Sanawar (who claims to be Rathore's wife), Uttarakhand unit of the Congress, Uttarakhand Kranti Dal, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for creating and circulating "false and fabricated" audio and video recordings on social media linking him to the 2022 Pauri Garhwal receptionist murder case.
