Patna, Aug. 30 -- The row over abusive language allegedly used against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during Rahul Gandhi's "Voter Adhikar Yatra" in Bihar intensified on Friday as workers of the BJP and Congress clashed in Patna, even as police said two people, including the man who screamed the expletives, have been arrested. Separately, a BJP functionary also filed a complaint against Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav over the alleged derogatory remarks. P10
