India, March 9 -- Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday distributed appointment letters to newly appointed teachers at a function at the Gandhi Maidan. They were part of the fresh recruitment of 51389 teachers through the third phase of teachers' recruitment examination (TRE-3) conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC).
