India, Nov. 15 -- The Indian National Congress (INC) had high expectations when it decided to contest on 61 seats in Bihar. However, the election hasn't gone according to their plan, as they won only six seats, a disappointing outcome to their ambitions.
It is one of their poorest performances in Bihar. In the 2020 state assembly elections, the Congress secured 19 seats, compared to 27 in 2015. Meanwhile, in 2010, they secured four seats.
