New Delhi, May 5 -- A 21-year-old man was arrested and a minor was apprehended for allegedly shooting a man on Bhairon Marg near the temple on Friday, police said on Sunday. The victim is undergoing treatment at a city hospital and is said to be out of danger. The victim was identified as RK Singh, who owns a perfume shop in Tilak Bazaar in Chandni Chowk. The arrested accused is Prashant Kumar alias Govind, said DCP (New Delhi) Devesh Kumar Mahla. htc
