India, March 27 -- A powerful explosion, suspected to be caused by an LPG leak, left a couple critically injured at their Fraser Town apartment in Bengaluru early Wednesday morning.

According to a report by Deccan Herald, the injured have been identified as Siddesh and Cilara Jacob. The explosion, which occurred around 5 am, startled neighbours, who soon realized there was a gas leak. The couple suffered severe burns and were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
