Sambalpur/ Kolkata, Dec. 26 -- A 30-year-old migrant worker from West Bengal was beaten to death by a group of six men in Odisha's Sambhalpur for not sharing "bidi" on Wednesday night, police said on Thursday, while the workers and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) claimed they were assaulted on suspicion of being Bangladeshis. The six accused were arrested, police said. However, police added that "the murder has nothing to do with the victim being a Bengali or a Bangladeshi." P12
