New Delhi, June 22 -- The BCCI is likely to make it mandatory for all teams to secure prior permissions from relevant authorities and not rush into organising grand celebrations, officials aware of the matter said on Saturday, days after 11 people died during RCB's maiden IPL title win celebrations in Bengaluru. A BCCI-formed panel is set to make it compulsory for all teams to first secure permissions from state governments and police to ensure public safety is accorded top priority, BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia, who heads the panel, said.
