India, Sept. 12 -- Donald Trump revealed on Friday that his son Barron Trump "was very hurt" after hearing about the assassination of conservative political activist and author Charlie Kirk. The 31-year-old, who was a close ally of the president, was shot in the neck while speaking at an event on the campus of Utah Valley University in Utah's Orem on September 10.
Speaking on Fox & Friends, the president said his 19-year-old son "was very hurt when he saw this." "But, I mean, everybody was."
Barron, who admired Charlie Kirk, recently shifted back to the White House as he attends New York University's DC campus.
