New Delhi, Jan. 12 -- Bangladesh Cricket Board's (BCB) second letter requesting ICC to take its T20 World Cup matches out of India over the Mustafizur Rahman IPL row awaits response. However, Bangladesh umpire Sharfuddoula Saikat is officiating in India's home ODI series against New Zealand. He was the TV umpire in Sunday's first game in Vadodara. BCB's umpires' chairman Iftekhar Rahman though told Cricbuzz that Saikat does not need the board's NOC and his ICC contract allows him to leave whenever the world body requires his service. BCB has raised safety concerns over its team travelling to India for the World Cup.
