Needing one run off five balls, Bangladesh lost two wickets in a space of three balls to raise hopes of a familiar capitulation. However, Nasum Ahmed stole the all-important single on the penultimate ball to seal the deal for Bangladesh. Chasing 169, Bangladesh rode on Towhid Hridoy's 37-ball 58 after their bowlers held their own in the face of some brutal hitting from Sri Lanka's Dasun Shanaka.
