balyan's bail plea: delhi court seeks police's response
New Delhi, May 10 -- A Delhi court on Friday sought response from the Delhi Police on a bail petition moved by former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Naresh Balyan in a case registered against him under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act (MCOCA).
Special Judge Dig Vinay Singh of Rouse Avenue Court issued notice to the police and posted the matter on May 15 for arguments.
