India, June 13 -- On Thursday, an Air India plane headed from Ahmedabad to London crashed a few seconds after takeoff, leaving 241 of its 242 passengers dead. The aeroplane crashed into the BJ Medical College and Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad, where actor Bala's ex-wife, Dr Elizabeth Udayan, works. Bala and his wife Kokila buried the hatchet and expressed concern for Elizabeth after the crash.
