New Delhi, Jan. 22 -- Bangladesh's participation in the T20 World Cup hung in the balance on Wednesday after the International Cricket Council (ICC) rejected its demand to move the team's matches out of India. The ICC Board met via video conference and voted 14-2 against the plea, with only Pakistan and Bangladesh supporting it. Following the meeting, ICC issued a detailed statement explaining the decision.
