Panchkula, April 7 -- Haryana chief minister Nayab Singh Saini on Saturday laid the foundation stone for two major development projects- Atal Chowk and Atal Park-at Mata Mansa Devi Complex in Sector 1, Panchkula, on the occasion of Ram Navami.
To be developed at an estimated cost of Rs.16 crore, the twin projects aim to enhance the city's civic infrastructure, and create new recreational spaces for residents and tourists alike. Speaking at the ceremony, the chief minister said the new facilities will not only beautify Panchkula but also serve as a tribute to the legacy of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
