India, Feb. 5 -- Mumbai-based listed real estate, Arkade Developers Limited, which plans to develop luxury apartments on the iconic Filmistan Studio land in Goregaon, a site founded by Kajol's grandfather, on February 5 announced that it has signed the Development Agreement (DA) for a redevelopment project Jal Ratan Deep at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, with an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs.350 crore.

According to the company, the development will be undertaken on a plot measuring approximately 4,640.60 sq metres and will be designed to include 2 BHK and 3 BHK residences.
