India, Dec. 23 -- Aprilia has quietly revised the pricing of its newest middleweight naked motorcycle in India. The Tuono 457 has now become more expensive, with the latest update reflecting a noticeable hike over its earlier asking price. The OEM's website shows a new ex-showroom price of Rs.4,23,894, which is Rs.28,894 more expensive than before.

Till now, the brand was absorbing the GST impact, which is no longer the case. Back then, the motorcycle was priced at Rs.3.95 lakh ex-showroom, and Aprilia was also offering a quickshifter worth Rs.20,500. For buyers who were planning to book the bike soon, this update does mean stretching the budget a bit further than before.
